Operating System

Please note: If your operating system is not listed in our minimum system requirements table or in operating system selection menus, it is not supported at this time.

Windows

  1. From your computer's desktop, right-click on the My Computer icon.
  2. Select Properties.
  3. Select the General tab.
  4. The System category notes your Operating System (for example, "Microsoft Windows XP").
Mac OS X
  1. Click the Apple icon in the top left corner.
  2. Click About this Mac.
  3. Operating system version (for example, "Mac OS X Version 10.2").
